Тhe applicants go through three stages during the procedure of recruitment and selection:
1. Documents selection
Selection usually takes place the week after the closing date for applications. We assess the resumes that we receive according to the job specification, knowledge, qualifications, experience and suitability for the post advertised.
Applicants are considered without regard to sex, age, ethnic background, political views, religious beliefs or disability.
2. Interview
Once your application has been examined, if it is shortlisted we will contact you in order to arrange an interview.
We use several different types of assessment in our recruitment process:
- interview
- real task performance
- presentation.
The way in which the interview is organised may vary depending on the particular requirements for each vacant position. Different languages may be used (Bulgarian or English). In certain cases, it may be followed by personal profile tests. The interview may also be followed by a visit of the department with the vacancy.
3. Final interview for decision making
Those who have been selected at the second stage, pass their final interview by the respective Department’s Director and the HR Director. For high-level positions a meeting with the General Director is organized.
Results
You are hired:
If your application is successful, you will receive our offer of employment. Usually, you receive a full appointment following a probationary period from three to six months.
If your application is not successful:
You will receive a negative reply from us. However, if we feel that your profile may be of our interest in the coming months, we will keep your application and will contact you in due course.
