Devnya Cement recognizes the importance of driving continuous improvement in our products quality and in customer service to satisfy the evolution of client’s expectations as well as our products` end users ones. The shared philosophy of the commercial policy is a priority commitment for excellent service and high product quality that can be achieved through collaboration and good team work.
 
The main accents in our commercial policy are the following:

  • CIF sales policy - direct sales to the end users (concrete centres, building companies, retailers, wholesalers, etc.);
  • Optimisation of the logistic/distribution system between Devnya Cement and Vulkan Cement ;
  • Equal sales and contract terms for all the customers of Devnya Cement and Vulkan Cement;
  • Long-term and reliable business relationship;
  • Satisfy the client’s necessities  by providing continuously innovative activities and developing new products;
  • Numerous activities in the matter of technical assistance, which refer to:
    - To satisfy all the technical necessities with regards to the product usage, their optimization concerning the ways of manufacture, proposing advise and solutions for possible problems;
    - To attend in the analysis and determination of the problems in the customer’s works and their possible solutions or prevention;
    - To follow all the technical advantages and construction industry changes and transfer the knowledge to the clients depending on their work fields;
    - To promote the permanent improvement and quality in both plants and in the construction industry in general;
    - To provoke the innovation process.

The company puts into practice all these activities by the work of our Commercial Team and its representatives, paying attention to everyone in the distribution chain, that:

  • Periodically visit the clients, being interested in their problems in the field of product’s applications and giving consultations on such;
  • Help customers get a better view of the needs of the customers they serve and help align their organization to correspond to their needs;
  • Always collaborate with other departments of the company and even other suppliers and special research centers to give the most effective and workable solution which will gain benefits to the clients;
  • Focus on what customer is saying and then tailor products or services to meet customers needs;
  • Organize special customer conferences and presentations on special issues.
