The Regulation on the essential building requirements and evaluations of the building products compliance is in action since January 2004 and defines the significant requirements for the building structures – the technical requirements for the construction products, the general requirements for launching on the market of construction products, the procedures and systems for compliance evaluation of the construction products, as well as the order and conditions for issuing of Bulgarian technical approvals.

MAESTRO Products fall under the terms of The Regulation on the essential building requirements and evaluations of the building products compliance that initiates the Directive 89/106/EEC for building products, according to which Devnya Cement has the following obligations:

MAESTRO Products are evaluated by notified bodies by the European Commission, according to the European standards, introduced as Bulgarian State Standard. Devnya Cement issues Declaration of conformity, certifying the compliance of the product with the technical data, defined by the respective normative document.
